Looking to move from 15th June onwards

Hi! 你好👋 I’m looking for a nice place to live with good house mates, who are both friendly and considerate, but who also enjoy their own time.
I’m available to move from the 15th June, to the 16th July, and I’m mostly keen to live in Bournemouth, Westbourne, Winton or Charminster, and possibly Southbourne. If it’s close to the coast, even better as I can walk along the beach to work each morning, but must be close to transport links as I’m not currently driving. Would also prefer a room that has lots of natural light and is spacious if possible.
I can speak Mandarin Chinese and I’m also learning Portuguese in my free time, so I’m also up for living in an international household as long as everyone respects each other’s space and shares household chores. Communal areas need to be kept tidy; that’s important. Also I don’t mind cats and well behaved dogs.
I’m looking to pay a maximum of £600 a month including all bills, but ideally around £550. Can also provide reference on request.
