Ensuite room in Southampton (female only)

Hi, I'm currently a medical student looking for an ensuite room or in flat with an ensuite, I am looking to share communal spaces with females only, no smoking/drinking. Preferably bills included , will likely extend my tenancy agreement for more years if I like the property
