Fantastic double room available in Hotwells

We are looking for a third housemate to join our lovely house in Hotwells. The room available is on the ground floor (at back of house i. e. not road-facing), unfurnished apart from a bed frame (double), and has space for a desk.

The house:
- Three bed, two bathrooms, outside area
- 15 mins to Bristol centre, 5 mins to Clifton, 15 mins to Leigh Woods / Ashton Court
- Parking permits are available.
- The landlord is great at responding to issues and fixing repairs.

Housemate preferences
- Have your own lives but enjoy nights-in watching tv
- Would like to do a house meal once a month
- Ideally work from office most of the week
- You have kitchen equipment to bring to the house (our former housemate is taking most of ours ☹) – this is definitely not essential though(!).

About us:

Emily: I’m an NHS physiologist who works one-day from home (out of the house most of the week). I love sport: I play netball, and go running, surfing and skiing. I’d like to find a housemate that would enjoy the odd movie-night!

Harry: I’m an environmental consultant working at Queen’s Square five days a week. I'm into anything outdoorsy - climbing, hiking, running, surfing, camping. I've been in Bristol a couple of years so have a good lay of the land but would be great to meet some new people through housesharing.
