Lovely sunny flat with off-street parking

A spacious flat with off-street parking on a quiet street with a garden at the back, this is within easy walking distance of Bristol University, the BRI, the BBC, the Hippodrome and the Old Vic.
The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and towels are provided. Shared bathroom, large kitchen, living areas and garden.
There is off-street parking, constant hot water, supper if I'm cooking anyway; use of the kitchen and basic cooking ingredients if I'm not. A washing machine is available with prior agreement.
I'm a pretty tolerant journalist and wine geek without a fixed routine but am often away for one or two nights each week.
The room would suit a professional person not WFH who is looking for a very well-located and comfortable home.
