Large Double room in shared house in Hove

We have a lovely large double room available to rent in our house of 2 gals and 1 guy. (4 bedrooms in total) the room will be available from 14th June.

The house is in a fab location and is 5 mins from Hove Station, Lidl and Hove Park. The street is lovely and quiet, the bedroom is located on the 2nd floor at the front of the property. It has so much natural light and lots of space for your stuff.

Rent is £576 pet calender month with bills coming to around £150/160 per month on top. The deposit is £606

The room is unfurnished and has plenty of space for furniture.

The house itself is pretty big with a communal kitchen, living/dining area and bathroom shared with the 2 of us gals and a small outside space.

As a house we're very chill but definitely sociable. We usually hang out in the evenings after work but also like doing our own things and respect each others privacy and chill time. We are clean and tidy and like to cook, watch TV and drink coffee and/or wine etc

We'd ideally prefer someone who works in the office hours to fit in with our schedule. Two of us work in local hospitals and the other is in another hospital less local.
