London flat share - Room to let in flat share - “Heaver Estate Balham”

Professional people to share in a cosmopolitan household in a residential area that has easy access to Train & Underground links to the city. The house is fully furnished in Balham, south London about 7 minutes walk from Balham Station (zone 3) which has British Rail into Victoria (10 mins apprx - 4 stops or 2 stops on the fast train) and Northern Line Tube. The house is near Tooting Common which has tennis courts, open lands, pond, etc. Loads of bars and restaurants in Balham Town Centre. It is a large double room with fitted wardrobes & double bed. You would have use of the large kitchen/diner, garden with patio set and a separate bathroom & WC). You would have access to a large lounge area with Sky TV, sofa, dining set. (shared with the other lodger. We do not want a party animal - as we take our work nights seriously - weekends well ..... do what you want to do.

lodger). The rent would be around £600 per room per
month, inclusive of bills except telephone. The room should be available now, if you are interested you can visit. It is preferred that you want a long let
with a minimum of 6 (SIX MONTHS).
