I have a job starting the beginning of June, at the business park, so ideally looking for somewhere north of the river (for an easier commute). I will need parking as I have a car, but I'm okay with on street parking.
I'm a quiet individual (no partying will happen at the house!) and very clean.
I would prefer an ensuite, but I'm willing to share a bathroom with other tenants.
