Room wanted in South East / East / South

Hi!

I'm Laurey, 40, and I'm looking for a furnished double room in South East, East or South London. My maximum budget - including bills - is 1050. Looking to move mid/late June but I can be a bit flexible too.

I'm originally from Yorkshire but have been in London for years, working in the charity sector (in policy and campaigns).

I'm friendly and considerate, and though I love a good chat am also pretty quiet as a flatmate. I'm also very clean and tidy ! Looking for a calm and quiet flat where we wouldn't be living on top of each other :)

I love spending time with my sister's kids, being outdoors, exploring London, being in the gym, obsessing about tv shows and making/eating food. Also passionate about social justice and mental health but I'm not one to bring my work home.

I’ve had to stop work at present while I recover from a concussion but have a secure income, and can provide the standard first month rent in advance + deposit, along with a guarantor + previous landlord reference.
