I am a 50+ male Canadian professional engineer. I am relocating from Bristol to Aberdeen. In Bristol I was living in in a shared household for three+ years with a variety younger (early 20s to mid-30s) male and female occupants. More recently a rented a room in converted loft sharing the house
with a young family. I am seeking accommodation relatively near Union Square in Aberdeen. I am easy going, like pets (do not have any), children (mine are grown), walking, and travelling. I am a public transit user, so accommodation needs to be near bus routes as I am trying to keep my commute less than an hour. My pet peeve is people who do not clean up after themselves as this has been a problem with some sharers in the past. I am seeking a double room (preferably ensuite) large enough to accommodate desk (primarily for personal use) and chair and a small sitting chair (although I would be happy to put it a shared area if need be.)
