37 Professional seeking one likeminded flatmate

Hello! I've been in the UK about 6 years now. I've lived in a few cities now, the latest was Sunderland, and now I'm excited to return to London and settle in (I imagine) for good!

I've always been alright on my own, but I think it might be a cool to live with someone similarly minded, as I start anew in the city. I'm only looking for just one other person on the rental. My budget is up to £1500 for the right place - ideally in a quiet area with decent access to the rest of the city - Elizabeth line 🤞🤞

For work, I just joined a new startup - I work fully remote, so I might set up at home or find a co-working space. I'd love to find a flat / house with a little study, which I'm more than happy to share, of course. I know this might be asking for the moon, but I have seen one place with it so they do exist!

I bring a love of sports, cinema and live gigs, culinary skills (specialising in breakfast) and gratuitous snark to most situations. If my guitaring doesn't show any signs of improving, I'll play quietly in my room. I'm equally happy hanging out or doing our own thing as long as it's a calm and happy vibe :)

I recycle as much as I can and do my best to save water and limit trash. I can bring along a PlayStation 5, an eclectic collection of board games and a nice TV which I will happily sell if yours is nicer, and invest in a vinyl setup.

I'm dead keen on:
- A large space
- Our own bathrooms
- Good access to fresh air (balcony / roof / backyard)
- Dishwasher
- NOT bringing the party back home, especially on a school night

It'd be nice to have:
- No carpet, hard floors can be kept cleaner :)
- A big kitchen
- A good EPC rating
- High ceilings

Would be over the moon if you have a pet!
