Mature student for Cathays

Hello!
I’m looking for a room for my second year of university - I’m 22 years old and just looking for a place in Cathays. I don’t mind a walk its just very important that its in Cathays and that it is possible to walk to the university - I’m obviously willing to pay more if necessary.

I would prefer to live with a group of women my age but I am OK with living with males as long as you’re respectful.

All in all, It is important to me that I live with someone who understands my boundaries and my right to privacy, because I have had negative experiences with this I just want to stress this. I think I’m a pretty easy person to live with; no partying, drinking or smoking. I’m just looking for a place to stay during the day and be able to study calmly.

Other than that, I don't mind who you are or what you do as long as we can live in a clean, respectful and quiet environment together.
