Professional Looking For Room — Flex Starting Date

I’m looking for a decent room, in a decent flat with some decent people, all for a decent price — basically, given the current market in London, I’m looking for a miracle.

About me — I’m a clean and easygoing professional. During the week, I’m normally spend 4 days at the office in London Bridge and use most of my free time to meet friends, play tennis, read or travel.

As a flatmate — I’ve previously lived for over two years with a woman slightly older than me, which could confirm if you wish that I’m not a maniac nor a di**head — albeit the latter can be subjective lol — I am respectful and fun to be around. More recently, I’ve been sharing a house with a gentleman much older than me (40+) that would be happy to provide references.

Start date — I’m flexible on start date. I can leave my current room pretty much at anytime but it needs to be sometime before mid-August.
