I am a professional male aged 24. I am looking for a double room to share with my partner. I am available to move from 01/06/2024 and have a budget of £1000pcm including bills.

I enjoy playing chess, although that doesn't mean I win. So, if you've had a hard day at work and want to feel like the smartest person in the room, you can rely on me, just ask for a game. On a good day I may reach to consider myself a mediocre pianist, more than happy to take requests. Tipsy renditions of your favourite pop-songs come only at the price of my own, belated embarassment the following morning.

I am an amateur rugby player and train at the gym once or twice a week. More leisurely hobbies include gaming and commenting on the good/bad weather. Will rarely say no to a pint or a joint takeaway order. Love Yorkshire Tea (PG Tips could be dealbreaker). Fried bacon and eggs is my favourite easy-to-cook dish.

I am looking to move to Reading in mid June for a job which I will be starting on the 24th.
