‘Live Simply So Others Can Simply Live’

Namaste,
Self-description: Open-hearted, honest, warm and friendly, who is very clean and tidy in both bathroom and kitchen areas.

I garner the suns energy from fruit, vegetables, wheat, grains and dairy - I’m vegetarian if you hadn’t guessed.

I have a passion and devotion for eastern and western Yoga and Buddhism traditions and practices, and practice tantra and mindfulness meditation daily.

I arise, wake-up quite early, so I do generally go to bed early.

I am fairly quiet and introvert and like my own company, however I am not adversed to general house noise, ie, I have been living with my beloved partially deaf parents.

I exercise with stretching yoga, squash(solo practice), walking and swimming.

I do not have a formal job, however I class my mindfulness meditation practice as my work.

I am in receipt of employment supports allowance (ESA), and personal independence payment (PIP). However, I would be paying for the rent etc, out of my own savings (which if needed , can provide proof of).
