Looking for a buddy to share a flat with

I am a bubbly 30 year old (i don’t act my age, young at heart) currently living in Birmingham however am looking to start a new job in London (around Selhurst/Norwood Junction) so would like to find a flat near Norwood if possible to share with a male or female who likes to be a friend as well as a flatmate. I don’t know London well so would be good to explore together but respect each other’s space at the same time.

I’m looking to buddy up with someone clean, tidy, professional, who will make living with easy and not want to drive me out the place lol.

I’m clean, independent, sociable and personable. My background is in mental health so i’m a good person to go to when you are stressed or need someone to talk to. I enjoy my own time and am usually quiet but can be very sociable too, definitely will make you laugh. I would enjoy quiet nights in chatting, watching tv together and having a nice meal. I am open to anything as i’ll be new to London so ideally someone to explore with.

I’ll know more about the exact move in date once i complete my medical examination as part of my job role and be given a start date.
I’ll be leaving Birmingham to start my career as a trainee train driver! Eek! 😅
