Moving to Edinburgh and need flat ASAP

Hi! I’m moving from Paisley to Edinburgh to start a new job at the beginning of June in arts and social work. I lived in Edinburgh as a student and loved it so much I decided to come back! I will be working x5 days a week 10am-4pm and occasional overtime. My partner also lives and works in Edinburgh so we’d be seeing eachother fairly often, including having him stay in the property for short term sleepovers (usually one or two nights at weekends). I’m a tidy and conscientious flatmate who can keep the place clean and noise to a minimum. My partner is the same. At home I’m pretty quiet but still sociable so would be happy to do flatmate activities. Any questions then please do ask!
