Looking for a 5 BHK house in Birmingham

I am Sahil Thakur,
Me along with my friends (2 females, 3 males) we are looking for a 5 bedroom house. Minimum 2 bathrooms required separate for males and females.
We do not have any pet nor we are planning to keep in future. We do not consume alcohol.
Preferable area is B4 and B5 but we do not mind to explore other areas as well. It should not be more than 20 mins by bus to city centre.
We want to start the tenancy from 1st September 2024.
We love to keep the place clean and tidy.
