Tidy active female looking for spare room!

Hello all!

I’m a 21 year old female recently graduated from Newcastle. I have a full time job at an architecture studio in the city center from this August - August of next year, so looking for around a year lease. I don’t mind paying an extra months rent if you need someone to move in starting in July. I’m tidy and will be working pretty hard M-F, but after work/weekends I'd love to get to gigs, grab drinks, go on hikes, etc.

I will be new to the city so I guess my ideal flatmate is someone who is into getting out the house and doesn't mind showing me around. I dont really have any deal breakers, other than maybe a decent level of cleanliness and generally being a kind person. I was really close to the flatmates I’ve lived this year, and I’d love to find something like that again!

Flat wise, I’d like to be close-ish to the city center (or easy public transport away) but I’d sacrifice that if you’ve got a place close to a park! I have a lot of clothes so I might struggle to fit in a tiny room, but I’m trying to keep costs low to save up for grad school so I’m open to pretty much whatever.
