I am a mature, clean, tidy and very quiet person. I am looking for a quiet place all to myself to work as an online English teacher. I am therefore looking for a self contained house, annexe or flat with good internet connection. I have a cat who must have a door that I can put a cat flap into (I have upvc panel ready cut for modern door). I'd also prefer to have a small private garden but would settle for an area to sit outside. I am very happy to do some work in exchange for cheaper, or free rent
