The Flat:

The bedrooms are a good size (photos don't show this!), and each come with double bed, double wardrobe and big chest of drawers, as well as having lots of light with floor to ceiling windows.

There is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with 2 sofas, coffee tables, TV unit, dining table & chairs.

Bathroom is nice and there's a large storage cupboard in the hall with a desk.

There is a shared laundry in the building (only 12 flats) on the same floor as the flat, with 2 washers and 2 driers. I thought this would put me off but you can pretty much always get a machine!

There are plenty or transport options in the area - bus/tube/overground which range from a 30 second walk to a 10 min walk to get to.

There are plenty of shops (Waitrose, Morissons, Sainsburys), restaurants, bars etc close by too.

The letting agency require references as well as 6 week deposit & a month's rent in advance, and charge an admin fee of £100 per person.

Bills will be less than £100 each per month.
