I am looking to rent out my two bedroom flat to a professional couple or friends who would like to make it their home and take good care of it.

The flat is located within 5 minutes walk of Romford station which has direct routes into Stratford (15 mins) London Liverpool St (25 mins), there are also regular fast train services which reduces this commute time further. Romford town centre is also within 5-10 mins walk including a range of shopping centres, restaurants, bars, supermarkets (large Sainsburys or Asda) in addition to other local amenities. Queen's Hospital is within 5 mins walk of the property.

Bills are included within the overall rent.

Having rented in the past and knowing how painful letting agents can be, I would like to avoid using an agency and paying unnecessary fees. Any issues during the contract will be dealt with by myself (not an agency). A full contract and a safeguarded security deposit would need to be signed and verified.
