This house has been newly furnished in the kitchen and bathroom. I have washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer etc are provided. This flat is very clean, very quiet, cosy and warm with double glazed windows and central heating.

Although my partner and I are smokers, we do not smoke inside the house. All smokers will need to smoke outside, Sorry.
