Room in shared house in Hotwells

A nice-sized room is available in a shared house. Students would be preferred (ideally postgraduate) but professionals are also welcome.

I am the current occupant of the room but I am hoping to move out at the end of July so I am looking for someone to fill my space in the house. Please only enquire if you can move in at the end of July!

The house is located close to Bristol harbour and has good bus links to the city centre. It is a large house and quite spacious. There are 2 shared bathrooms of good size, a shared kitchen and lounge.

The room has a good amount of storage space including 2 large built-in wardrobes. Other furniture in the room includes; a bookshelf, a desk, a bedside table and a double bed.

The current occupants are a mixture of PhD students and professionals. We are looking for someone who isn't going to be making a lot of noise late at night but someone sociable and friendly.

The landlord only offers 6 monthly or 1-year contracts, the successful applicant will be put in touch with him directly.
