Modern furnished double in Beeston, Sandy

Are you looking for a comfortable place to call home with excellent transport links and a tidy, friendly housemate? Then this is just the ticket.

This comfortable room is fully furnished including a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, desk and mirror. In addition a TV, bedding and towels can be provided if required.

I've recently moved to the calm and quiet village of Beeston, the house is a 3 minute drive or 10-15 min walk to Sandy station. There is a large garden bordering walking paths, a wooded area and river.

The bathroom is shared between you and only 2 others. There's a large smart TV (Netflix, Paramount+ etc). The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, laundry facilities, the usual fixtures and fittings with a few more added in. Wi-Fi is available throughout. In addition there's a garage and off-street parking.

Transport links: just off the A1 so convenient for Bedford, St. Neots, Milton Keynes and Cambridge. I'm happy with either a male or female housemate. I have a large, excitable 1yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, so would suit a dog lover. Just to confirm a deposit & references are required.
