It is ideally located immediately opposite the main supermarket (co-op) and a minute away from the bus stops to the campus, Milton Keynes or Bedford.. It is about a 10/15 minute cycle ride from campus. The village pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance of the property.

The flat is situated above the local accountancy office and has two entrances; a front door on the High Street side and a rear entrance, leading through a secure courtyard where bikes may be stored.

The communal areas in the flat are the large kitchen/dining room and the two bathrooms- one with a shower cubicle, toilet and basin and the other with a bath with shower over it, toilet and basin. Tenants are responsible for all consumables- food, toilet paper, light bulbs, cleaning products, etc. The rental payment covers all bills ( electricity, gas, water) plus internet. It has a fast internet and wifi connection.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and eating utensils. There is plenty of cupboard space and an extendable table with chairs for shared suppers. The kitchen is provided with an electric oven/hob, a washing machine, a tumbledrier , two fridge freezers as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle. This is a good sized single bedroom. It contains a single bed, large cupboard, bedside cupboard, wardrobe, desk and office chair and one easy chair.

Bedroom 4 £550 per calendar month Available from September 2024

This is the smallest of the bedrooms. It contains a single bed, bedside table, desk and office chair, wardrobe and extra chair.
