We have a large single room to let in our family home in Lambourn. We are a married couple with two well behaved girls, aged 13 and 7, we also have two cats.
We are looking for someone that would be a good fit for us, ideally female as she'd be sharing a bathroom with one of my daughters ( we have another two bathrooms in the house and a clokeroom). Short term or longer term works for us, we don't require a contract or deposit, but character references are very important.
