You will be sharing with Rachel, Brad and Patrick (there is another room spare so you would be sharing with 4 others in total once this is filled). They are all working professionals in their 20s and are lovely people. We’re pretty social as a house and like pub quizzes, going to the local indie cinema and having board game nights.

The landlord is a private landlord so you don’t have to deal with any agencies. She is very responsive and gets issues fixed quickly.

Rent is £665 a month, plus £40 for council tax, water and TV license. All other bills are managed by the housemates and come to around £50 a month. Deposit is £770.
