Rent is well below market price as I know the landlord, so renting directly brings the price down! Location is amazing for the price.

About me:
- Have been living and working in London since 2021 (management and hospitality), but am moving to Bristol to train to be a Secondary Maths Teacher.
- I’d say I’m 70% extraverted and 30% introverted! Love going to the pub or for a coffee with friends, doing fun activities, going to gigs. Equally enjoy staying home and watching Netflix, cooking, reading.
- I go to the gym a lot and enjoy being active. Looking forward to picking up some new hobbies when I move.
- I love listening to music, but am always respectful of volume (unless you want me to turn it up)!
- Generally very organised and tidy. It Any mess is always contained to my own room 😂 have lived in house shares for 6 years, so very used to the dynamics.
