Double room in Redland

Hi! I'm Kerry, my current flatmate is moving out soon so I have this wonderfully sized double room to offer in our 2 bed first floor flat!

The rent is £745 a month, and bills come to around £160 (a little more in the winter with heating). The room comes unfurineshed and the move in date would be 1st July. We would then sign a 6 month tenancy together, which after that goes onto be a monthly rolling contract.

A little bit about me! I'm 24 and currently work from home full time as a software engineering coach for a company that provides software bootcamps. I at the gym a few times a week doing powerlifting and also got into running at the start of the year. I do a lot of knitting and crochet, and also love plants (my room is basically a jungle at this point). I am not a party gal but love a couple of drinks at a pub with friends, or basically any reason to leave the house - coffee, dinner, brunch, walks etc.

What I want in a flatmate - someone who is clean and respects the space we live in. I would prefer if you don't work from home full time as then we might be very on top of each other, but a couple of times a week would be totally fine. I would love to share meals sometimes, watch a show together in the evenings :)

A few requirements from the landlords - you must be in fulltime work, non smoker, no pets and have the right to work in the UK.
