I am a female professional (45 y. o) and have a nice double room available in a very nice 3rd floor flat (private not council building). Excellent location in Central Milton Keynes across the street from the shopping centre.

Ideal for a professional adult, male or female, available for a limited period (3 to 6 months). Ideally Monday to Friday but open to 7 days a week, depending on circumstances.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room and bathroom. You would only be sharing with one more person - so it would suit someone looking for a peaceful home.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, spacious in-built wardrobes, a large chest of drawers, a small desk and a chair. There is a large window with plenty of light and air.

Netflix and Amazon Prime would be available in your room and included in the rent, free of charge - ideally you bring your TV, or you I can place a small one in your room.

The rent (Mon-Fri) is inclusive of all bills except of electricity, which you would contribute with a small percentage..

There is a large private shared garden, which is lovely in the summer.

There is only one bathroom which would be shared -- so being tidy is an absolute must.

The kitchen is available for use freely and there is a separate room used as an office, which can be used as well.

This is a very clean, quiet and peaceful home so the ideal person would appreciate and maintain that.

If you have a parking permit for Milton Keynes, there's plenty of parking (30 secs walk) at the end of the street.
