We are a young professional couple looking to rent out the second bedroom, single occupancy.
You will have access to kitchen only since I work from home, so ideally someone coming with own tv or happy to entertain themselves and guests in their room.

Kitchen comes with usual utilities inc washer, dishwasher and dryer. Use of pots and plates can be discussed if you’re not bringing your own.
Bedroom comes with double bed, mattress, bedside tables, mirror and draws.
Bathroom is for the use of the flat so keeping it presentable is a must

All bills included in price (electric, water, WiFi, CT) subject to reasonable use

Flat is non-smoking

Move in date will be from Monday 13th May.
