This is a good sized double room with a small walk-in wardrobe. The showerroom is shared with one other clean, tidy person. Lodgers get use of all communal areas like fully equipped kitchen and living area. Located about 5.5 miles North of Newry with easy access to the bypass and all parts of the City. Own transport would be necessary as nearest transport is a few miles away and taxis are expensive costi g around £12 one way into town. Current residents are all respectful and hard working. It would suit a full-time working professional. The owner has a friendly family cat who sometimes visits. No other animals are permitted. Rent includes all bills. Wifi and a communal TV are provided.
Must show proof of employment, character reference, next of kin details and photographic proof of ID before a room can be occupied. Payment must be provided up front prior to occupation.
