Double bedrooms available for a students to share 5 bedroom student house. A group of four/five students will be considered. Please note, all bills are included.

Recently renovated, beautiful, very spacious and airy 5 bedroom house for 5 sharing students. The house is offered on a joint tenancy agreement for 5 sharing students. However, please contact the landlord if you are an individual students that is not part of a group yet.

The house is on Homefield Road, 7 minutes walk to the RD & E Hospital or St Luke's Campus and is easily accessible for the main university campus as well. The house is currently enjoyed by medical students and will be available again from the 31rt of August 2024 for the whole academic year.

Downstairs there are two double bedrooms, dinning room, separate sitting room, large modern kitchen, large conservatory and separate WC. First floor: two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, second floor a large double bedroom. Large outside patio and low maintenance garden.
All bedrooms are doubles. Each room has a double bed with a luxurious mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of draws, tall book case, mirror, desk and a chair.
The house has all mod. cons. included: two fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave, TV and fast Wi-Fi, gas central heating and double glazed windows and mains operated fire alarm system.

There is a parking space for one car on the drive and a possibility of purchasing additional parking permit on the street.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rates the house at 68. A copy of the certificate will be included in the rental contract.

Rent for academic year is £170.00 per week (inclusive of reasonable use of water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and TV licence are included).
