The house is in a safe, quiet area with regular bus links. The room is a really good size (4.24m x 3.63m, 13'11" x 11'11") and well furnished.

The university is 20 minutes walk, Exeter St Davids 20 mins, city centre 30 mins. Bus routes a few minutes walk away. Local shops nearby.

There is an off road parking space. You can put 1 bike in the garage. On road parking is available. The washing machine is in the garage.

The shared kitchen has everything you need - including a breakfast bar to sit and gaze at the view.

The garden has a large patio area to sit on and a wild flower meadow with fruit trees and bushes.

You can use another room as your lounge with its comfortable armchair. I also use the room for storage and on rare occasions when I have guests staying. (My home office is set up in the other living room so it's not shared).

I'm a sociable, quiet and tidy person.

I'll consider short-term lets at a higher rate.
