I love living at Hill View Place (next to Birks) and signed the lease for the 24/25 academic year, but need to move out to support family and so am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in August (though, if you need to move in earlier/later, we can work something out!).
It is a fully furnished room (as is the house) with a private en-suite bathroom (and lovely views of the fields and cows out the bedroom window!). It has a massive kitchen, lounge, and tv room, shared currently with six other students (all gals).
It is about £210 a week all bills included - the complex also has a gym, game room, common room, laundry room, study room, and tv room, all free to use (though you do pay a small fee for the laundry). Great speedy wifi.
There is a shop on site and a Morrisons at the end of the road. It's an easy 10min walk to Streatham campus, and about a 20min walk to the city centre - 10mins on the bus and the bus stop is directly at the end of the road.
The accommodation is brand new so everything is in great condition and the admin team at the complex are very friendly, responsive, and reliable.
If you're interested or know anyone who would be please reach out! I have just put up the generic advertising photos as all the houses and bedrooms look exactly the same, but can send photos of my room for those who get in touch.
