Short-term only - weekly/monthly - Professional females prefered to share 4 bedroom new luxury home in a quiet private development in ''The Avenues' area, with sunny south facing garden. Only 1 mile walk to the seafront or 5 mins drive, local buses and shops are a few mins walking distance. I'm a sociable professional female who loves interior design, music, walking and baking! Exmouth is a really lovely place to live with its glorious sandy coastline, nature walks and vibrant cafe culture. My home is modern and high-end, with a 'beach house' feel, and is very girlie and comfortable with lots of lovely soft furnishings, candles and diffusers! The rooms are sunny doubles, overlooking the garden, one with with sea glimpses, new double beds, Emma mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets. En suite is a new white bathroom with bath and shower. Parking on driveway and some space in garage for storage. Would suit someone sociable, clean, and tidy. I'm chatty, easy-going, love music, walking, cooking and a good Netflix series! Would consider two friends and a discount to share the bathroom between them. Smoking outside only please. One week minimum rental - available until 30 June.
