I work mon-fri as a self-employed personal trainer, I sometimes start my days quite early, but am considerate about keeping the noise down when I get up. I'm out working til 7.30pm 2-3 nights a week and usually out a fair bit playing sports/socialising on weekends. My partner is a teacher and works 8-4 mon-fri. She is also out socialising on weekends and goes to be quite early on weeknights. We are friendly and sociable however during the week have a pretty consistent routine.

The building has a noise curfew of 11pm so this flat is not suitable for anyone who plans on having spontaneous parties or late night music.

This flat will be right for you if you’re looking for somewhere to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed home. Honesty is the best policy, so good communication is key. As well as respecting each other’s personal space, boundaries, and all that good stuff.
