Hove train station, plentiful godd coffee shops and 24 hour gym are just 5 minutes walk. Church Road with plenty of shops and bars, Hove Lawns and beach are 10-15 minutes walk and a bus stop serving Route 7 for Brighton train station, Kemp Town, Sussex Hospital and Marina is less than a minute's walk.

An ideal location for someone wanting to be close to all amenities yet in a quiet location.

We are looking for a professional non-smoker who is sociable, friendly, easy-going (no dramas) very tidy and preferable not a full time home worker.

As the room is furnished there isn't room to bring extra furniture.
