Hi there!

I have a very large double room available in my lovely two-bed flat very close to Lewes station and am looking for someone considerate, responsible and friendly to share with. Currently for short term only but will be available for longer term from the end of October.

It’s a very convenient location for Brighton / London and has the town centre and all of the South Downs on your doorstep. Lewes is a lovely place to live if you’re looking for access to Brighton but somewhere a bit quieter to come home to! I tend to socialise outside of the flat and keep this as a peaceful space. Fast Broadband / Wifi, council tax, free off-road parking all included.

Initially this is available for approx 6 weeks from 1 July. Can discuss weekly rates so get in touch if that's what you're looking for.

No smokers / couples please and sadly no pets. Probably not suitable for working from home as I work here myself in the day.
