Young Professional Seeking Flatshare or Studio

I'm Jess, a young professional looking for either a studio or a cozy flat with lovely like-minded people.

Let me tell you a little about me! I'm an animator and illustrator for a tech company that often works on projects in relation to climate change and sustainability. This makes me a creative and driven person, who's always open to meet new people and try new things! I work a hybrid role so work at home or onsite on a flexible basis and can often work late hours meaning you'll have lots of time to yourself!

In terms of hobbies, I'm a clean, introverted person who's just looking for a warm balcony I can spend the summer reading and crocheting on. I'm really into gaming and films so would love a social flat with people I could share that with! I also like to sit and have a chat over a cup of tea or glass of prosecco and definitely like the odd pub visit. I will happy live with people of any ages ranging between 20-35.

I am available to move as soon as possible and I am interested in a long let, with my maximum budget being £1000.
