KCL international postgraduate

Hi there! My name is Adam and I’m looking for a living arrangement whilst I pursue my master’s degree in big data at KCL Strand Campus. I’m from the US (have been living in Brooklyn, New York and Denver, Colorado the last few years) and have never been to London, but have always admired the UK from afar, personally and professionally. Originally I planned on having my wife travel and live with me, but the new student visa rule changes made it so I’ll need to venture alone for a year. That said, I’m excited to live with new people for the year, preferably other students (King’s is a plus) but am not averse to a mix of students and non-students. Primary interests are music, food, PL football, running, cycling and just generally being outside, among other things. I’m by no means the nightlife type but I do love a beer & a chat. Since it’ll be my first time in the UK, my ideal living situation will keep me connected to KCL while still allowing me to branch out and enjoy living in and learning about London & beyond.

I’ll need a furnished apartment, ideally with a double bed and a desk, plus other general amenities like cookware, common space furniture etc. I’m tidy, organized and respectful of other people’s space and schedules.
