Easy going 37-yo after dbl room in homely flat

I am an easy-going "young" 37-yo female looking for a new home in London. (The joys!😄) I'd love to move into a place, where people are positive, easy to get along with, respectful and considerate. I have many friends in their late 20s to late 30s, so I don’t mind moving into a “younger” or same age household.

I’m a bit of an extroverted introvert, meaning I am usually chatty, social and good spirited, but also enjoy time by myself. For keeping fit, I run and do yoga. I just started dancing and learning the piano as new hobbies (I don’t own one). I came to London in 2016, and have lived in Australia for a few years prior to that as well as spending some time in SEA. I work in human rights, and therefore do travel on occasion. (Often for two- to three-week periods at a time)

A quiet room is important to me, where I can sleep well as I’m a light sleeper. It should also have proper storage options. ( Yes, I know, but I own things… 😁)

Rent should be around 900 all in. (With leeway for the ideal place.) Also happy to pay more for an en-suite!

Also a hard no to live-in landlords asking tenants to pay their mortgage (i. e. a fortune for a tiny room) whilst at the same time asking them to never be in as they themselves “work from home and use the entire flat” during the day. Let’s be fair and kind. x
