Hey there! I'm Gian Claudio, I am 33 year old and I am working in the Construcion industryand I'm on the lookout for a new flatmate to share a comfortable and harmonious living space with. Here's a bit about me:

Clean and Tidy: Yep, I'm one of those who finds peace in a tidy space. You can count on me to keep our crib sparkling clean and organized. Especially in the common area of the flat.
All About Respect: I'm big on mutual respect and open chats. Let's create an environment where we can voice out our quirks and preferences without any awkwardness.
Friendly Vibes: I'm a people person, I like to have a chat in the leaving room but in the same time like to spend time by my own studying new programming languages.

Non-smoker here, but I'm pretty easygoing if someone enjoys a smoke outside the flat.

Fun Times Await: When I'm not adulting, you'll find me abroad to visit a new place/studying/gym / or at the pub with friends. I'm always game for new adventures and exploring what the city has to offer.

I am working at the moment 9-6 sometime I will work late and come quite late during the night.
