I am looking for a new flatmate to rent a good size double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat. Lovely location on a leafy road in peaceful conservation area. 5 mins to Crystal Palace station and all the great restaurants and bars of Crystal Palace Triangle. Huge fitted wardbrobe as well as free standing drawers and shelves. Flat is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian conversion so is very light.
Sharing with one female (myself). I am 33 and work full time Monday-Friday in North-West London. I would prefer to share with a professional female in a similar age bracket who I could share the odd glass of wine with ! I am friendly, considerate, clean and tidy and would like to live with someone who is similar.
