The flat is on a second floor, private entrance, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, lovely view (great for lunch and breakfast...weather permitting!) We have wireless, fridge freezer, washer, microwave...!
The flat is across the road from Sainsbury’s, around the corner from Tesco’s, 6 minute walk from Crystal Palace Rail Station, 2 minute walk to Crystal Palace Park...buses stop in front of the house to take you to central London and Victoria Station in 30 minutes and 2 min walk from the Bus Garage, several routes to take to Brixton, Elephant and Castle, Claphan Common, Lewishan etc. There’s a lovely veg market across the road on a Saturday and Crystal Palace park is great for short walks.

The flat is right beside Crystal Palace Park and convenient if you like to go jogging and are a swimming enthusiast (Olympic size pool in the park sports centre). There are a number of great bars/pubs in Crystal Palace and fantastic restaurants. We are not too far from Forest Hill, Dulwich and Lordship Lane. The train takes 20minutes into London Bridge, 25mins to Victoria and you can be sure of getting a seat on the train.
