Hi I am renting a double room in my three bedroom semi detached house with garden in Central Thamesmead. The double room is furnished with a bed, study table, wardrobe and chest drawers.

The rent is £75 a week including all the bills.

The property is 2 minutes walk from the bus stop which would take you to plumstead within 10 minutes. Woolwich Arsenal (13 minutes by bus) is the nearest tube station (DOCKLANDS LIGHT RAILWAY AND BRITISH RAIL) British rail will take you to central london in minutes and Docklands has lots of tube connections.

It is also just 10 minutes walk from a retail park (town centre) where you could do your shopping. Most of all there is large park and a lake 3 minutes walk away!

The neighbourhood is very pleasant, safe and friendly.

The house is spacious, clean and fully furnished. There is a large set of comfy sofa and a huge 50 inch tv. Kitchen is fully equipped with washer/drier. Of course, there is a wireless internet in the house.

I am the owner occupying a bedroom in the house. I work as a registered nurse therefore my schedule is variable according to hospital rota. I am an easy going, friendly, trustworthy and fun person. I am conscientious, considerate and clean in my living environment.
