Bedroom is bright with neutral walls, carpeted, with two double glazed windows and central heating, elegantly furnished with a 'Futon Company' double bed (folding up to a 3 seater sofa during the day if you want, giving you more floor space), a very large and sturdy 'Lawrence Walsh' 3 door maple wardrobe with plenty of storage on shelves and hanging rail. A chest of 6 drawers is also there for your small stuff plus a nice floor lamp. The extendable sofa bed and the chest of drawers can be moved around the room according to your needs.

Our house is on a very quiet street and very well located for public transport bus routes (only 3 minutes to Crystal Palace bus terminal), the shops and restaurants within the Crystal Palace Triangle. Sainsbury’s is just 5 minutes away. Barclays bank and Lloyds are just round the corner. 5 minutes walking time to Gipsy Hill train station. 22 min travel time to London Bridge or Victoria with trains departing every 15 minutes.

ABOUT PRESENT OCCUPIERS
This is our house. Me and my partner are both professionals and occupy the top floor. We are very quiet and tidy, discreet, serious, practical and considerate. We work long hours therefore are pretty much invisible to others in the house. Our house can easily accommodate 6 people. We do not smoke and do not have any pets. We are relaxed and easy going people and so would be the atmosphere in our house. We are open to discussions and friendly listen and interact with anyone. We have interests in yoga, philosophy, spirituality, dieting/cooking, music, travelling etc.

You will share the first floor with another very quiet professional couple occupying the other bedroom that has ensuite so nobody will use your bathroom.

You'd have to be a non smoker and tidy person, common sense a must. If you're not a vegetarian but would consider moving in with us, then you cannot cook/bring in any meats.
