I am a landlord who lives in a brand new two-bedroom flat and am trying to rent out one of my large double bedrooms. The room has its own large bathroom located in the hallway and a shared open kitchen located in the living room. The rent is £900, which includes all bills.

The flat is at Harrow View (near Harrow and Wealdstone and the Harrow On The Hill underground station). H14, H223, H9, and H10 bus stops are all within a 2-minute walk, and there is great public transport connection to central London, including underground and overground lines. 10 minutes walk to Harrow and Wealdstone underground and overground station and 5 minutes on bus to Harrow on the Hill Underground station. There are many shops and supermarkets, and gyms in walking distance.

.A one-month rent advance and one-month deposit are required. Before moving in, a work reference must be provided.

The room is exclusively offered to full-time working professionals, preferably ladies, and it is for one person alone, so no couples, working from home, shift work, students, visitors, pets, or smokers..
