Two double rooms becoming available in the same house for mature students or young professionals. Suit single person occupancy only. No couples please. Each room is fully furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, double sofa. One is to the rear with French doors out into the garden and the other is to the front with bay window. All rooms have access to the garden via the kitchen and the garden has two outdoor sofas and a coffee table for sitting out in the South Facing garden. All bills included with Virgin WiFi.
