REFERENCING DETAILS:
-£0 Administration & Referencing fee (NO OTHER FEES TO PAY)
-We will require your bank statements
-A guarantor will be required if candidate fails the affordability test
-Holding Deposit will count towards your rent upon signing the tenancy agreement
-Holding Deposit payment will become non refundable in the event of the applicant changing their mind or failing the referencing checks - this is to cover costs incurred while the property is taken off the market and the reference checks
